目的 探讨双相情感障碍Ⅰ型(BD-Ⅰ)青年患者早期静息态脑BOLD信号的低频振幅(ALFF)改变。方法 对30例病程<2年的BD-Ⅰ型青年患者(BD组)及30名相匹配的正常对照者(对照组)行3.0T MR静息态扫描,组间ALFF差异采用SPM8进行双样本t检验,并对ALFF值与一般临床资料(年龄、病程、受教育年限)及汉密顿抑郁量表、贝克躁狂量表评分进行Pearson相关分析。结果 与对照组比较,BD组左枕中回-枕下回-颞中回、左颞上回、左侧小脑前叶ALFF强度明显降低,双侧后扣带回-右楔前叶、右顶下小叶ALFF强度增高,其中左侧小脑前叶ALFF值与汉密顿抑郁量表评分呈正相关(r=0.379,P=0.039)。结论 BD早期阶段患者静息态神经元活动强度存在异常,并与情绪状况存在相关性。 |

Objective To explore the changes of brain signal of resting state amplitude of low frequency fluctuation (ALFF) in young patients with bipolar disorder-Ⅰ (BD-Ⅰ). Methods Thirty young patients with BD-Ⅰ whose disease duration had been less than 2 years (BD group) and 30 matched controls (control group) were recruited. Resting state fMRI data were acquired by a 3.0T MR scanner. ALFF value of BOLD signal were calculated to analyze the discrepancies of the two groups, and Pearson correlation analysis between ALFF values and clinical data (age, disease duration, and education years) and Hamilton Depression Scale and Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale scores was performed. Results Compared with control group, ALFF values decreased in left middle and inferior occipital gyrus, left middle temporal gyrus, left superior temporal gyrus and left cerebellum anterior lobe, increased in bilateral posterior cingutate, right precuneus and right inferior parietal lobule in BD group. The ALFF value of left cerebellum anterior lobe was positively correlated with Hamilton Depression Scale scores (r=0.379, P=0.039). Conclusion There are regional brain activity alterations in young patients with early stage BD-Ⅰ. Parts of the affected regions are associated with the mood state of BD. |
