| Axial spondyloarthropathy (axSpA) is a chronic rheumatic disease characterized with inflammation of spine axial joint such as sacroiliac joints, and the enthesis where the ligament and tendon attaches to the bone. axSpA usually occurs in young adults and may leads dysfunction. Compared with conventional clinical examination, ultrasonography is more sensitive at exploration on joint and soft tissue. |
