      随着PET的广泛应用,正电子核素[18F]氟标记肽类示踪剂受到关注。目前已有多种18F标记多肽的方法,其中18F标记辅基法最为常用,Al18F络合法及点击化学法被认为最有发展前景。迄今为止,18F标记肽类正电子示踪剂种类较少,主要集中于受体PET成像,部分已进入临床研究阶段,显示出良好的临床应用前景。本文对此类示踪剂的制备方法与应用研究进展做一综述。
英文摘要:
      With the wide application of PET, 18F-labeled peptide radiotracers areincreasing in the spotlight. Many methods of preparing 18F-labeled peptide have been introduced. Among them, 18F-labeled prosthetic group method is most widely used, however, Al18F-chelated labeling method and click-chemisty method are considered more promising. So far, only several kinds of 18F-labeled peptide are reported which are mainly focused on receptor imaging, and part of are in clinical research stage and show good prospect of clinical application. The progresses in preparation and application of these tracers were reviewed in this article.
