| 目的 分析卵黄囊瘤(YST)的超声表现及病理特征。方法 回顾性分析44例经手术病理证实的YST患者临床资料及超声表现。结果 44例中,性腺YST 34例,包括睾丸YST 18例,卵巢YST 16例;性腺外YST 10例,包括骶尾部YST 5例,阴道YST 2例,纵隔YST 2例,臀部YST 1例。血流收缩期峰值流速为(25.47±11.38)cm/s,阻力指数(RI)为0.51±0.11。超声表现为实质性(Ⅰ型)15例,实性为主的囊实性(Ⅱ型)22例,囊性为主的囊实性(Ⅲ型)6例,囊性(Ⅳ型)1例。血流分级1级(少量血流)5例,2级(中等血流)16例,3级(丰富血流)23例。病理检查示单纯YST 35例,混合型YST 9例。结论 不同部位YST的超声表现具有一定特征性。 |

| Objective To evaluate the ultrasonographic manifestations and pathologic characteristics of yolk sac tumor (YST). Methods The clinical data and ultrasonographic manifestation of 44 patients with YST proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Lesions of 34 in 44 cases were located in gonad, including 18 in testes and 16 in ovaries. Another 10 cases of YST were located out of gonad, including 5 in sacrococcygeal, 2 in vaginal, 2 in mediastinal and 1 in hip. The peak systolic velocity (PSV) was (25.47±11.38)cm/s and the resistance index (RI) was 0.51±0.11. Totally 15 YST lesions were manifested as solid masses (type Ⅰ), 22 lesions as parenchymal predominant mixed masses (type Ⅱ), 6 lesions as cyst predominant mixed masses (type Ⅲ) and 1 lesion as cystic mass (type Ⅳ). Few blood flow (grade 1) was detected in 5 cases. Moderate blood flow (grade 2) was detected in 16 cases. And plenty of blood flow (grade 3) was detected in 23 cases. Pathological biopsy showed that there were 35 cases of simple YST and 9 cases of mixed YST. Conclusion Ultrasonographic features of YST in different region are characteristic. |
