目的 探讨耳鼻咽喉区原发性神经内分泌癌的MRI特点。方法 回顾性分析经病理证实的12例原发性耳鼻咽喉区神经内分泌癌的MR表现,分析肿瘤的位置、形态、大小、边界、信号强度及增强的特点。结果 12例患者中,6例位于鼻腔鼻窦,2例位于声门上区,4例分别位于鼻咽、硬腭、扁桃体及乳突。起源于鼻腔鼻窦及硬腭肿瘤病灶边界不清;起源于其他部位的肿瘤边界清晰。所有肿瘤均呈中度或明显强化,高分化肿瘤为均匀强化,大部分低分化肿瘤呈不均匀强化。起源于鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤多为低分化肿瘤,广泛侵犯邻近结构。结论 原发性耳鼻咽喉区神经内分泌癌的MRI表现与起源部位及分化程度有关。 |

Objective To explore the MRI features of primary otolaryngeal neuroendocrine carcinomas (NECs). Methods MRI findings in twelve patients with primary otolaryngeal NECs proved by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The tumor location, morphological features, size, margin, intensity, and contrast enhancement characteristics were assessed. Results Of 12 patients with primary otolaryngeal NECs, 6 occurred in the sinonasal cavity, 2 in the supraglottis, 4 in the nasopharynx, hard plate, tonsil and mastoid respectively. Tumors originating in the nasal cavity and sinuses and palate had ill-defined and the other tumors were well-defined. All lesions showed moderate to marked enhancement, homogeneously in well differentiated tumors and heterogeneously in most of poorly differentiated tumors. Most sinonasal tumors were poorly differentiated and widely invaded adjacent tissue. Conclusion MRI features of primary otolaryngeal NECs have relationship with their origin and differentiation. |
