      T1ρ为在旋转坐标系下的自旋-晶格弛豫时间常数,反应大分子物质与水质子之间的相互作用,在常规MR检查无明显形态学改变时,病变的T1ρ值可发生变化。目前,T1ρ已应用于骨关节、颅脑、肝脏、心肌等多个部位。本文对T1ρ的基本原理及临床应用进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      T1ρ represents the spin-lattice relaxation time constant in the rotating frame, which has been found to be sensitive to the interaction between the macromolecules and bulk water. The changes of T1ρ values precede the morphological changes detected by routine MR. Nowadays, the T1ρ is used in articular cartilage, brain, liver, myocardium and so on. The basic principle and new progresses in clinical application of T1ρ were reviewed in this article.
