| 目的 评价超声漩涡征及滤泡环征诊断早期卵巢扭转的临床价值。方法 对53例经手术及病理证实为卵巢扭转的术前超声表现进行回顾性分析。结果 53例经超声诊断45例。45例中,40例显示漩涡征和(或)滤泡环征。其中超声显示单纯漩涡征20例,漩涡征伴有滤泡环征12例,单纯滤泡环征8例。32例漩涡征中,8例位于外侧,24例位于内侧。外侧与内侧卵巢体积[(321.94±271.43)mm3vs (86.45±60.82)mm3]差异有统计学意义(t=3.847,P=0.024)。53例卵巢扭转中,5例漏诊,3例误诊。结论 超声显示漩涡征或滤泡环征是诊断早期卵巢扭转的特征性表现。 |

| Objective To assess values of sonographic whirlpool sign and follicular sign in diagnosis of early ovarian torsion (OT). Methods A total of 53 patients with OT proven by surgeries and pathologies were enrolled; the preoperative ultrasonic manifestations were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 53 cases, 45 were diagnosed as OT by ultrasound. Whirlpool sign and/or follicular sign were present in 40 patients. Twenty of 40 had simple whirlpool sign, 12 of 40 had both whirlpool sign and follicular sign, and 8 of 40 had simple follicular sign. Among 32 cases of OT with whirlpool sign, 8 were lateral to the torsed ovarian, whereas 24 in medial. The mean ovary volume of patients with the lateral whirlpool sign was significantly greater than that of those with medial whirlpool sign ([321.94±271.43]mm3 vs [86.45±60.82]mm3, t=3.847, P=0.024). Conclusion Whirlpool sign and follicular sign are definitive signs of early OT, and can act as useful sonographic markers in diagnosis of the disease. |
