| 目的 探讨硬脊膜动静脉瘘(SDAVF)的血管内栓塞治疗方法。方法 对28例SDAVF患者行血管内经导管Onyx胶栓塞治疗,观察疗效。结果 SDAVF完全栓塞率100%。术后随访6个月~3年,治愈20例,改善4例,无明显变化2例,失访2例。结论 血管内栓塞技术是治疗SDAVF的有效方法。术后系统的抗凝治疗极其重要,对单瘘口病变患者推荐介入治疗。 |

| Objective To investigate the endovascular embolization of spinal dulal artefiovenous fistula (SDAVF). Methods Twenty-eight patients with SDAVF underwent superselective endovascular embalization by onyx, and the efficacy was observed. Results Embolism rate of SDAVF was 100%. Following up from 6 monthes to 3 years, there were 20 cured cases, 4 improved cases, 2 steady cases. and the other 2 cases lost follow-up. Conclusion Superselective endovascular treatment is valuable to treat the SDAVF. Postoperative anticoagulation is very important, and interventional therapy is recommended in patients with single fistula disease. |
