| 目的 CEUS技术应用于肝脏的研究已近30年,近10年来随着其在临床应用的普及,其对肝脏病灶的检出率及诊断的准确率也显著提高。造影剂及造影技术的不断改进使CEUS在临床中占据较为重要的地位。本综述旨在分析Sonazoid与SonoVue这两种造影剂的物理学特征及临床特点,以期为鉴别肝脏占位性病变的良恶性提供更多重要的信息。 |

| CEUS has been applied to liver clinical for almost 30 years. With its popularity in clinical applications in nearly 10 years, the detection rate and the diagnostic accuracy of liver lesions also significantly increased. With development of contrast agents and new imaging technology, CEUS has an important role in clinical practice. This review analyzed the physical characteristics and the clinical applications of two kinds of new contrast agents: Sonazoid and SonoVue, in order to provide more information for identification of benign and malignant focal liver lesions. |
