| 目的 探讨超声引导下局部注射甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的疗效。方法 将58例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者按治疗方式分为两组:A组23例,为接受超声引导下局部注射MTX治疗的患者;B组35例,为接受双侧子宫动脉化疗栓塞+清宫治疗的患者。比较两组治愈率、血清β-绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)恢复时间及病灶消失时间。结果 A组治愈21例,治愈率91.30%(21/23)。B组治愈33例,治愈率94.29%(33/35)。两组治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),β-HCG恢复时间及病灶消失时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声引导下局部注射MTX治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠疗效显著,对于停经时间短、病灶小的病例效果更佳。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided local injection of methotrexate (MTX) for cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP). Methods Fifty-eight CSP patients were divided into two groups according to therapeutic methods, i.e. 23 patients who accepted ultrasound-guided local injection of MTX belonged to group A, 35 patients who accepted hibateral uterine artery chemoembolization and curettage belonged to group B. Comparing the differences of both groups in cure rate, β-HCG recovery time and lesion elimination time. Results In group A, 21 cases were cured, the cure rate was 91.30% (21/23). In group B, 33 cases were cured, the cure rate was 94.29% (33/35). No statistically significant difference was found in cure rate (P>0.05), but statistically significant differences were found in β-HCG recovery time and lesion elimination time (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided local injection of MTX has distinct efficacy in the treatment of CSP, especially for patients with small gestational age and small lesion. |
