目的 探讨超声显示副肾动脉(ARA)的能力及临床意义。方法 回顾性分析1733例肾动脉超声受检者中74例(78个肾脏)超声检查发现ARA并经CTA证实的患者资料,观察ARA的超声显示情况及ARA是否存在狭窄。结果 74例患者的78个肾脏中超声发现的ARA均为单支,位于右侧48支,左侧30支;起源于主肾动脉腹侧42支,背侧36支;ARA内径0.10~0.34 cm,平均(0.20±0.04)cm。4例ARA伴同侧主肾动脉闭塞,超声与CTA结果相符。超声诊断4支ARA狭窄,其中3支与CTA结果一致,1支误诊。结论 存在ARA对肾动脉的超声检查有一定影响,超声可用以筛查ARA,但超声检查对ARA狭窄的诊断价值有待进一步探讨。 |

Objective To evaluate the capability of ultrasonography in displaying accessory renal artery (ARA) and its clinical significance. Methods A retrospective analysis of ARAs in 78 kidneys (74 patients) detected by ultrasonography and certified by CTA from 1733 subjects were performed. The ability in displaying ARAs of ultrasonography and the stenosis of ARA were studied. Results All ARAs were single renal artery detected by ultrasonography. And 48 ARAs were located in the right, 30 ARAs in the left. Moreover, 42 ARAs originated from the ventral of the main renal artery, 36 ARAs originated from the dorsal of the main renal artery. The diameter of ARAs ranged from 0.1—0.34 cm (mean cm). Four ARAs accompanied with the occlusion of the ipsilateral main renal artery conformably diagnosed by ultrasound and CTA. Four ARAs stenosis diagnosed by ultrasound, 3 ARAs were certified by CTA, 1 ARA misdiagnosed. Conclusion The existence of ARA has effect on ultrasound evaluation of the renal supplying arteries. Ultrasonography can be used in screening ARA, but the application value of ultrasonography in diagnosing ARA stenosis needs to be further studied. |
