目的 探讨实时三维诊断超声激励瘤内注射微泡增强VX2移植瘤化疗效果的价值。方法 将24个兔VX2移植瘤模型随机分为4组,每组6只,分别为空白对照组(A组)、单纯多柔比星(Dox)组(B组)、实时三维诊断超声+微泡组(C组)、实时三维诊断超声+微泡+Dox组(D组)。对实验兔静脉注射Dox 1.2 ml/kg,瘤内注射微泡、约为肿瘤体积的1/2,辐照时间为20 min,机械指数(MI)1.3。于第1、3、5、8天对每组肿瘤进行治疗,共治疗4次。治疗后第10天剥离肿瘤,计算各组肿瘤体积总体生长率。结果 治疗后第10天,D组肿瘤体积明显小于其余3组(P<0.05);4组肿瘤体积总体生长率分别为A组100%,B组15.11%,C组118.22%,D组-30.81%。D组肿瘤体积在治疗后1~3天内略有增大,之后明显下降。结论 实时三维诊断超声激励瘤内注射微泡联合静脉注射Dox能够明显抑制兔VX2移植瘤的生长。 |

Objective To explore the chemotherapeutic effect of VX2 xenograft tumor enhanced by real-time three-dimensional diagnostic ultrasound-actived intratumoral injection microbubbles in rabbits. Methods Totally 24 VX2 xenograft tumor models were randomly divided into 4 groups (each n=6), i.e. blank control group (group A), Doxorubicin (Dox) group (group B), real-time three-dimensional diagnostic ultrasound + microbubbles group (group C) and real-time three-dimensional diagnostic ultrasound + microbubbles + Dox group (group D). Dox 1.2 ml/kg in saline was given by vein of the rabbit, and the volume of microbubbles injected in tumor directly was eqal to half of the tumor volume, the irradiation time was 20 minutes, and the mechanical index (MI) was 1.3.Tumor in each group was treated in the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 8th day, the total was 4 times. In the 10th day after treatment, the tumor tissue was stripped. The overall growth rate of the tumor volume was calculated. Results In the 10th day after treatment, in group D, the tumor volume was significantly smaller than that of other groups (P<0.05). The overall growth rate of the tumor volume in group A, group B, group C and group D was 100%, 15.11%, 118.22%, -30.81%, respectively. In Group D, the tumor volume increased slightly in 1—3 days post-treament, then decreased significantly. Conclusion The real-time three-dimensional ultrasound-actived intratumoral injection microbubbles combination with intravenous injection Dox can inhibit the growth of VX2 xenograft tumor in rabbits. |
