缺血性脑卒中可修复组织称为半暗带, 治疗脑卒中的关键是对半暗带进行溶栓, 但是半暗带存在的时间窗具有高度不稳定性, 需要成熟的无创性成像技术对缺血性脑卒中的病理发展情况进行准确判断。MR对比剂能够显著提高组织对比度、靶向特定病理相关标志物, 在缺血性脑卒中相关研究中具有广泛应用。本文对MR对比剂在缺血性脑卒中血脑屏障渗漏、炎症反应、分子靶向、干细胞示踪几个方面的应用进行综述。 |

The key to effective treatment of ischemic stroke is thrombolytic therapy of penumbra that can survive. However, the time window of penumbra is usually unstable, which needs an advanced and noninvasive imaging technology to follow the pathological development of ischemic stroke. MR contrast agent has been widely applied in the related study of stroke, with the advantage of improving tissue contrast ratio and targeting to specific histopathology features. In this article, the applications of MR contrast agent on the related researches of ischemic stroke were reviewed, such as blood-brain barrier leakage, inflammatory response, molecular targeting and stem cells tracking. |
