| 目的 探讨经腹联合经阴道超声诊断11~13+6周胎儿体蒂异常(BSA)的价值。方法 回顾性分析11~13+6周经腹联合经阴道超声诊断的BSA胎儿声像图特征。结果 超声诊断的11胎BSA胎儿, 均经引产证实, 超声诊断准确率100%, 11胎均存在腹(胸)壁缺损内脏外翻及脐带异常, 10胎脊柱侧弯曲或扭曲, 6胎肢体发育异常, 3胎颅脑畸形、均可见羊膜束带;颈部淋巴水囊瘤2胎, 颈项透明层增厚3胎。结论 经腹联合经阴道超声诊断11~13+6周胎儿BSA方便、准确, 对BSA的早期诊断具有重要价值。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical value of the combination of transabdominal sonography (TAS) and transvaginal sonography (TVS) in the diagnosis of body stalk anomaly (BSA) during 11-13+6 weeks. Methods The ultrasound images of fetuses with BSA during 11-13+6 weeks underwent the TAS combined with TVS was analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 11 fetuses with BSA were diagnosed, and all of them were confirmed by the results of induced labor, the accuracy of prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis was 100%. Eleven fetuses were characterized by the abdominal (thorax) wall defect, exstrophy viscera and umbilical cord abnormality, 10 fetuses were found with scoliosis or spinal twist, 6 fetuses with limb deformities, 3 fetuses with brain malformation and the amniotic band, 2 fetuses with cystic hygroma and 3 fetus with nuchal translucency thickening. Conclusion The combination of TAS and TVS was a convenient and accurate method in the diagnosis of BSA during 11-13+6 weeks. It has remarkable value for the early diagnosis of BSA. |
