目的 比较不同人种1岁内婴儿髋关节发育情况的超声筛查指标间的差异及临床价值。方法 2398个髋关节根据Graf法和Morin-Harcke法接受超声常规检查, 评估股骨头位置、骨性髋臼形态等观测指标及参数, 并进行分型分类。结果 黄种人与白种人骨性髋臼形态、α角、β角、d值、D值及FHC值的差异均有统计学意义(P均 <0.05);双侧髋关节α角和β角呈负相关(r=-0.43, P <0.001)。结论 黄种人与白种人新生儿髋关节超声筛查指标及分型分类间差异有统计学意义, 临床诊断应考虑到这一情况综合判断。 |

Objective To compare the difference of ultrasound parameters to diagnose hip dysplasia for infants between different races and observe the clinical value. Methods A total of 2398 hips were evaluated by sonography with Graf method and Morin-Harcke method. The femoral head position, the shape of bony acetabular and other observations and parameters were assessed, and the hip joints were typed and classified. Results Bony acetabular morphology, α angle, β angle, d value, D value and femoral head percentage of cover values were statistically significant difference between xanthoderms and caucasians (all P <0.05). For bilateral hips, β angles had negatively correlated with α angles (r=-0.43, P <0.001). Conclusion There is a statistically significant difference in ultrasound screening indicators, types and classification for hips between xanthoderms and caucasians infants, and it should be considered for comprehensive judgment. |
