      目的 探讨骨肿瘤样病变的18F-FDG PET/CT显像特征。方法 回顾性分析经病理证实的10例骨肿瘤样病变患者的18F-FDG PET/CT显像资料,其中骨嗜酸性肉芽肿4例,骨纤维异常增殖症及动脉瘤样骨囊肿各3例。结果 10例骨肿瘤样病变中,9例为单发病灶,1例为多发病灶。发生于肋骨5例,脊柱3例,肱骨及顶骨各1例。骨嗜酸性肉芽肿18F-FDG PET/CT表现为不同程度的骨质破坏,18F-FDG摄取均匀性增高,SUVmax为6.1~15.4;骨纤维异常增殖症18F-FDG PET/CT表现为溶骨性骨质破坏,但邻近脂肪间隙存在,18F-FDG摄取不同程度增高,SUVmax为3.8~6.3。动脉瘤样骨囊肿18F-FDG PET/CT表现为膨胀性囊状或皂泡样骨质破坏,边缘可见硬化环,18F-FDG摄取不均匀性增高,SUVmax为2.8~6.9。三者间SUVmax差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.564,P=0.102)。结论 骨肿瘤样病变18F-FDGPET/CT表现具有一定特征,有助于临床诊断。

      Objective To study the manifestations of 18F-FDG PET/CT in tumor-like lesions of bone. Methods 18F-FDG PET/CT manifestations of ten patients with pathology proved tumor-like lesions of bone were retrospectively analyzed, including eosinophilic granuloma of bone 4 cases, fibrous dysplasia of bone 3cases and aneurysmal bone cyst 3cases. Results Among 10 cases, there were 9 cases with single and 1 case with multiple lesions. Five cases were located in rib, 3 cases in vertebral column, 1 case in cranial bone and 1 case in humerus. 18F-FDG PET/CT of eosinophilic granuloma of bone showed inordinately bone destruction with homogeneity intensity uptake of 18F-FDG (SUVmax ranging of 6.1 to 15.4). Fibrous dysplasia of bone showed osteolytic destruction with inordinately uptake of 18F-FDG (SUVmax ranging of 3.8 to 6.3), but the surrounding fat gap was existed. Aneurysmal bone cyst showed cystic or soap-bubble like bone destruction with hardening ring edges and heterogeneous uptake of 18F-FDG (SUVmax ranging of 2.8 to 6.9). There was no differences of SUVmax among eosinophilic granuloma of bone, fibrous dysplasia of bone and aneurysmal bone cyst (χ2=4.564,P=0.102). Conclusion The 18F-FDG PET/CT manifestation of tumor-like lesions of bone has certain characteristics, which is helpful for clinical diagnosis.
