| 目的 分析Cantrell五联征的影像学及临床特征。方法 回顾性分析9例及1胎经手术或影像学确诊的Cantrell五联征影像学及临床资料。结果 8例及1胎为完全型Cantrell五联征，1例为不完全型Cantrell五联征；右位心3例、左位心1例、中位心5例，1胎为胸外异位心；9例及1胎胸骨下段异常及膈肌前部缺损，1例膈面心包缺损，8例、1胎腹壁发育异常，9例及1胎复杂心脏畸形，其中右心室双出口伴室间隔缺损常见，9例伴心室憩室。结论 Cantrell五联征包括胸骨下端、膈肌、心包、腹壁及心脏先天性发育异常，CT或MRI有助于诊断。 |

| Objective To analyzed the imaging and clinical features of pentalogy of Cantrell. Methods Imaging and clinical data of 9 patients and 1 fetus with pentalogy of Cantrell confirmed by operation or imaging were restrospectively analyzed. Results Nine including 1 fetus presented with complete pentalogy of Cantrell and 1 presented with incomplete pentalogy of Cantrell. There were 3 cases of dextrocardia, 1 case of sinistrocardia and 5 cases of mesocardia, the 1 fetus was ectocardia extrathoracica. Nine patients and 1 fetus showed dysplasia of inferior segment sternotomy and defection of anterior diaphragmatic, 1 case showed defection of diaphragmatic pericardium, 8 cases and 1 fetus showed dysplasia of abdominal wall, 9 cases and 1 fetus showed complex congenital heart malformation in which double outlet of right ventricle complicated with ventricular diverticulum was the most common. There were 9 cases had cardiac diverticulum. Conclusion Manifestations of pentalogy of Cantrell include dysplasia of inferior segment sternotomy, diaphragm, pericardium, abdominal wall and heart, which can be detected by CT or MRI. |
