| 目的 探讨睾丸鞘膜纤维性假瘤的超声声像图表现。方法 回顾分析7例睾丸鞘膜纤维性假瘤的声像图特征。结果 本组7例睾丸鞘膜纤维性假瘤，5例仅发生于睾丸鞘膜，2例同时累及附睾和睾丸。6例病变为结节型，其中4例结节内未见明显血流信号，2例见少许点、线状血流信；1例为弥漫型。4例病灶内可见钙化，2例患侧同时伴鞘膜积液。结论 睾丸鞘膜纤维性假瘤声像图表现具有一定特征性，超声检查有助于与其他阴囊肿瘤进行鉴别。 |

| Objective To observe the ultrasonic characteristics of fibrous pseudotumor of testicular tunic. Methods Ultrasonic features of 7 patients with fibrous pseudotumors were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 7 cases, 5 lesions occurred only in the testicular tunic, and 2 also involved the epididymis and testes. The lesions in 6 cases were nodular, and no obvious blood flow signal was found in 4 nodular lesions, while few blood flow was observed in 2 lesions. The other 1 case was diffuse type. Calcification was observed in 4 lesions, while 2 were accompanied with hydrocele of tunica vaginalis. Conclusion The ultrasonic signs of fibrous pseudotumor of testicular tunic has some characteristic. Scrotum ultrasound is helpful to differential diagnosis of fibrous pseudotumor of testicular tunic from other testicular tumors. |
