| 高频超声分辨力高，实时、动态、无创，短期内可重复检查，其在评价肌腱、韧带、周围神经、血管、关节和骨骼等结构中具有重要价值。足踝部解剖结构复杂，病变类型多样。本文对高频超声在诊断和治疗足踝部软组织和关节病变中的作用进行综述。 |

| High frequency ultrasound is real-time, dynamic and non-invasive with high resolution, and can be used repeatedly in short-term, which is of great value in assessing the structures of tendons, ligaments, peripheral nerves, blood vessels, as well as joints and skeleton. The anatomy of foot and ankle is complex, with various pathological conditions. The application of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosing and treatment of soft tissue and joints lesions in foot and ankle were reviewed in this article. |
