| 目的 探讨足踝部籽骨、副骨外伤性病变的影像学表现。方法 回顾性分析75例籽骨、副骨外伤性病变患者的临床及影像学资料，分析其发生机制、临床症状及影像学表现。结果 75例患者均有急或慢性损伤史。影像学表现包括籽骨、副骨骨质改变63例，周围软组织肿胀75例，周围炎性渗出积液30例，以及囊变17例，骨髓水肿10例，周围筋膜增厚5例。结论 足踝部籽骨、副骨外伤性病变与其特殊解剖与功能密切相关；影像学可为诊断足踝部籽骨、副骨外伤性病变提供重要依据。 |

| Objective To investigate imaging features of trauma of sesamoid and accessory bones on the foot and ankle. Methods Clinical and imaging data of 75 patients with sesamoid and accessory bone trauma diseases were analyzed retrospectively, and the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and imaging data of these patients were investigated. Results All 75 patients with sesamoid and accessory bone diseases had acute or chronic history of trauma. Imaging examinations displayed sesamoid and accessory bone soft tissue swelling in all 75 cases, relative changes in 63, inflammatory exudate effusion around the sesamoid and accessory bone in 30,sesamoid and accessory bone cystic changing in 17, bone marrow edema in 10 and fascial thickening in 5 cases. Conclusion The sesamoid and accessory bone trauma diseases on the foot and ankle have great relationship with the special anatomy and function of these structures. Imaging examinations can provide important evidences for diagnosis of sesamoid and accessory bone trauma diseases. |
