| 目的 回顾性分析子宫内膜间质肉瘤（ESS）的超声表现特点。方法 收集29例术后病理确诊的ESS患者，采用经阴道或经腹超声检查，观察子宫、双侧附件、包块部位和回声等。对照分析超声表现、手术所见与病理结果。结果 病变主要位于子宫腔2例，位于子宫肌壁27例。不均质斑片状稍强回声9例，不均质斑片状弱回声20例。19例囊实混合性占位，10例实性占位。25例可见正常子宫形态，4例子宫形态失常。病理结果：低级别ESS 26例，其中6例伴广泛出血坏死；未分化ESS 2例；高级别ESS 1例。结论 ESS超声表现多样，缺乏特异性，易导致误诊，特别是误诊为子宫肌瘤。 |

| Objective To observe ultrasonic manifestations of endometrial stromal sarcoma (ESS). Methods Twenty-nine ESS patients confirmed pathologically were enrolled. Transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound were performed to observe the uterus, uterine appendages, tumor size, echo and so on. Then ultrasonic findings were analyzed compared with surgical and pathological results. Results Uterine cavity mass were found in 2 patients, while myometrial mass were found in 27 patients. Lesions in 9 patients were hyperechoic and inhomogeneous, while were hypoechoic and inhomogeneous in 20 patients. Tumors in 19 patients were cystic-solid, in 10 patients were solid. Twenty-five patients had normal uterus shape, whereas normal uterus could not be showed in 4 patients. Pathological diagnosis displayed low grade ESS in 26 patients (6 with wide hemorrhage necrosis), undifferentiated ESS in 2 patients, and high grade ESS in 1 patient. Conclusion ESS has diverse ultrasonic characteristics and less specificity, which may cause misdiagnosis, especially as uterine fibroids. |
