| 目的 探讨婴儿纤维性错构瘤（FHI）的临床及超声表现。方法 回顾8例经术后病理确诊的FHI患儿的临床及超声表现。结果 8例中，7例单发，1例多发；上肢3例，手指1例，腋窝1例，臀部2例（1例并发腹壁包块），腰背部1例；6例表现为稍强回声，1例为弱回声，1例多发病灶表现为稍强与囊实性混合回声，边界不清；除1例腹壁病灶与皮肤层关系不密切外，其余病灶均与皮肤层关系密切；4例无明显血流信号，2例有点状或点线状血流信号，1例病灶血流信号较丰富，1例多发病灶见点状血流信号。结论 纤维性错构瘤多见于婴幼儿，多为发生于表浅部位的单发无痛性包块；超声呈稍强回声或囊实混合回声，与皮肤层关系密切。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical and ultrasonic manifestations of fibrous hamartoma of infancy (FHI). Methods Clinical and ultrasonic manifestations of 8 cases of FHI confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 8 cases, single lesion was found in 7 cases, while multiple lesions were detected in 1 case. The lesions located on upper limbs in 3 cases, on hip in 2 cases, or on finger, axilla and back (each n=1), while in 1 case located in hip and abdominal wall. The lesions present as higher echo in 6 cases, low echo in 1, and in 1 case with multiple lesions manifested as higher echo and solid mixed with cystic echo. A total of 8 lesions invade the cutaneous layer, except 1 lesion which occurred in the abdominal wall. CDFI found no blood flow signal in 4 cases, dotted or linear blood flow signal in 2 cases. The lesion in 1 case was found with rich blood flow signals. In 1 case with multiple lesions, dotted blood flow signals were detected. Conclusion Fibrous hamartoma often occurs in infant as painless single lesion at the shallow layers. Ultrasound may depict higher or solid mixed with cystic echo mass without membrane and obscure boundary, closely associate with cutaneous layer. |
