| 目的 探讨鼻咽癌动态增强MRI（DCE-MRI）相关参数与其临床病理特征之间的关系。方法 对102例经病理确诊的鼻咽癌初诊患者行DCE-MRI，获取ROI的DCE-MRI参数，观察其曲线特征，并分析DCE-MRI相关参数与临床病理特征的关系。结果 不同性别、年龄鼻咽癌患者的曲线最大上升斜率（MS）差异无统计学意义（P均>0.05），而不同T分期、N分期及临床分期MS差异有统计意义（P均<0.05）；达峰时间（TTP）、曲线下面积（AUC）差异均无统计学意义（P均>0.05）。结论 鼻咽癌DCE-MRI相关参数与病变进展密切相关；DCE-MRI技术对辅助诊断鼻咽癌及准确分期有一定价值。 |

| Objective To explore the correlation of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) parameters with clinicopathological features in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Totally 102 patients with pathologically proved nasopharyngeal carcinoma underwent DCE-MRI scanning, and parameters of ROI were obtained. The relationship between DCE-MRI parameters and clinicopathological features of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were statistically analyzed. Results The differences of maximum slope (MS) among patients with different genders and ages were not statistically significant (both P>0.05), but were statistically significant among different T-stage, N-stage and clinical stage (all P<0.05). No significant difference of time to peak (TTP) nor area under curve (AUC) was observed among tumors with different clinicopathological features (all P>0.05). Conclusion DCE-MRI parameters of nasopharyngeal carcinoma are correlated with tumor development. DCE-MRI may contribute to auxiliary diagnosis and clinical staging for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. |
