      目的 探讨MR三回波序列在体测定大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝脂肪含量的可行性。方法 将75例大鼠随机分为高脂组与正常对照组并构建脂肪肝大鼠模型,分别于喂养的第2、4、6、8、10周行3.0T MR T1W三回波序列扫描,在显示肝脏的连续三个最大层面取9个ROI,通过公式计算信号强度并取平均值,纠正T2*效应,计算大鼠肝脏脂肪含量,并与病理学检查结果相比较。结果 高脂组三回波序列、组织病理的脂肪含量分别为(23.16±13.37)%、(36.13±24.39)%,正常对照组三回波序列、组织病理的脂肪含量分别为(2.27±1.31)%、(2.72±1.67)%。Pearson相关分析显示MR三回波序列结果与病理学检查结果呈正相关(r=0.96,P<0.01);Bland & Altman曲线分析显示二者一致性良好。结论 MR三回波序列对于无创、定量测量肝脏脂肪含量有重要价值,有望为指导临床干预治疗提供可靠依据。

      Objective To explore the feasibility of triple-echo gradient-echo sequence in measuring fat content of nonalcoholic fatty liver in rat models. Methods Totally 75 rats were randomly divided into control group and high fat group. Triple-echo gradient-echo sequence scanning was performed on 3.0T MR scanner after 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 weeks' feeding. The liver was artificially divided into left and right, and 9 ROIs were taken at three continuous levels of maximum liver. Signal intensity (SI) was then calculated and then averaged. T2* effect was corrected, and fat contents were calculated. Fat contents of nonalcoholic fatty liver of rats observed on triple-echo gradient-echo sequence images and pathology were compared. Results Fat contents of liver of high fat group showed by triple-echo gradient-echo sequence and pathology were (23.16±13.37)% and (36.13±24.39)%, while of control group were (2.27±1.31)% and (2.72±1.67)%, respectively, which were positively correlated (r=0.96, P<0.01). Bland & Altman curve analysis showed that the consistency was very good. Conclusion Triple-echo gradient-echo sequence is a safe, non-invasive way to monitor fat contents of nonalcoholic fatty liver of rat models dynamically, and therefore might be used for guiding clinical intervention.
