| 不明原因发热（FUO）的病因达200余种，最主要病因有感染性疾病、结缔组织疾病和恶性肿瘤。18F-FDG PET/CT可将组织的代谢功能与形态结构有机结合，对诊断FUO有所帮助。本文就18F-FDG PET/CT在FUO中的应用进行综述。 |

| The etiology of fever of unknown origin (FUO) includes more than 200 kinds of diseases, i.e. infectious diseases, connective tissue diseases and malignant tumors, and the latter are the main causes of FUO. 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging contributes to diagnosis of FUO through combining metabolism of tissue and morphology of organizations. The status of clinical application of 18F-FDG PET/CT in FUO were reviewed in this article. |
