      目的 探讨磁共振扩散峰度成像(DKI)在不同性别和侧别正常成人脑灰、白质中的差异。方法 采用3.0T MR仪对43名正常成人行DKI扫描,应用Functool软件手动勾画出双侧丘脑内侧核、双侧侧脑室前、后角的ROI,分别测量同一部位左右两侧和不同性别的平均峰度(MK)、径向峰度(RK)、峰度各项异性(KA)值,并进行统计学分析。结果 双侧丘脑内侧核的MK值及RK值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);双侧侧脑室前、后角白质的MK、RK、KA值差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);不同性别侧脑室前、后角的MK、RK及KA值差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 MK及RK值可作为鉴别脑灰、白质的高度敏感指标,为临床诊断脑部病变提供影像学依据;DKI技术有较高临床应用价值。

      Objective To explore the difference of influence on diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) between grey matter and white matter in normal adult brain with different genders and partial. Methods All 43 normal adults underwent 3.0T MR DKI examination, and outline of the margins of bilateral medial nuclei of thalamus, bilateral antecornu and bilateral cornu occipitale were drawn with Functool software. The parameters of mean kurtosis (MK), radial kurtosis (RK) and kurtosis anisotropy (KA) values were measured respectively in the same part on both sides, and then statistical analysis was performed. Results MK and RK values of medial nuclei of thalamus were significantly different on both sides (P<0.05). MK, RK and KA values of both bilateral antecornu and bilateral cornu occipitale were not significantly different (all P>0.05). NK, RK and KA values were not significantly different between different genders (all P>0.05). Conclusion MK and RK values are high sensitive indexes to identify brain gray matter and white matter, therefore can be used for clinical diagnosis of brain lesions. DKI technology has considerable clinical application value.
