| 目的 探讨超声引导下乳腺肿瘤麦默通微创旋切术的临床应用价值.方法 对76例(234个肿瘤)乳腺肿瘤患者于超声实时引导下行麦默通微创旋切术,评估手术结果.结果 超声清晰显示手术全过程,引导成功率100%.共136个切口;215个直径≤2.5cm的肿瘤被完全切除,19个直径>2.5cm的肿瘤中,14个有残留(14/19,73.68%).术后病理学诊断13个为恶性,患者接受开放性手术切除术或保乳手术;221个为良性,术后3、6个月超声复查,均未发现残留.3例出现不同程度乳腺皮肤瘀斑,其中2例为局限性血肿,2个月后瘀斑消失.结论 超声在麦默通微创旋切术中具有重要作用,可保证其成功进行. |

| Objective To investigate the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive resection of breast neoplasms. Method Mammotome minimally invasive resection was performed under real-time ultrasonic guidance in 76 patients with 234 breast tumors, and the effect was assessed. Results The process were displayed successfully, with ultrasound-guided success rate of 100%. Through 136 incisions, 215 tumors with diameter≤2.5 cm were completely resected, while 14 of 19 tumors with diameter>2.5 cm had tumor residues (14/19, 73.68%). Postoperative pathology results showed that there were 221 benign tumors, for which ultrasound on the 3rd and 6th month after operation found no residues. Malignant tumors were found in 13 patients who then received open surgical resection. Breast skin ecchymosis of varying degrees occurred in 3 cases (2 were localized hematoma), then disappeared 2 months later. Conclusion Ultrasound is very important in Mammotome minimally invasive resection of breast neoplasms, which can ensure the success of this operation. |
