目的 探讨应用单心动周期实时三维超声心动图(sRT-3DE)评价室间隔缺损(VSD)患者介入封堵术后左心室容积及收缩功能变化的价值。方法 收集接受介入封堵术的先天性VSD患者42例,于术前1天、封堵术后第3天、1个月、3个月和5个月应用sRT-3DE采集一个心动周期内心尖四腔心切面三维图像,测量左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、收缩末期容积(LVESV)、每搏量(LVSV)和左心室射血分数(LVEF)。结果 术后第3天、1个月、3个月和5个月LVEDV、LVESV均低于术前(P均<0.05);术后LVSV、LVEF虽有所下降,但与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 应用sRT-3DE评价室间隔缺损患者介入封堵术前后左心室容积与收缩功能变化安全、方便、无创,适于临床推广应用。 |

Objective To explore the value of single-beat real-time 3-dimensional echocardiography (sRT-3DE) on assessment of the left ventricular volume and systolic function in patients with ventricular septal defect (VSD) before and after interventional closure of VSD. Methods Totally 42 patients with VSD underwent sRT-3DE to obtain 3D image of apical four chamber view within a single cardiac cycle 1 day before and on the 3rd day, 1 month, 3 months and 5 months after interventional closure of VSD, then the left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV), left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV), left ventricular stroke volume (LVSV) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were measured. Results LVEDV and LVESV significantly reduced on the 3rd day, 1 month, 3 months and 5 months after interventional closure of VSD (all P<0.05). LVSV and LVEF also declined after operation, yet no statistical difference was found (both P>0.05). Conclusion As a safe, convenient and non-invasive method, sRT-3DE is worthy of application in assessment of left ventricles volume and systolic function before and after interventional closure of VSD. |
