| 目的 探讨CEUS在检出猪胃黏膜下前哨淋巴结(SLN)中的价值。方法 对10只健康小型猪行CEUS,分别于胃幽门上方8 cm、距胃小弯2 cm交界处黏膜下注射SonoVue 0.1 ml、0.3 ml、0.5 ml,实时动态观察不同剂量下淋巴管和前哨淋巴结增强情况,并与亚甲蓝染色情况进行对比。结果 CEUS共发现SLN 42个,检出率93.33%(42/45);注入SonoVue 0.1 ml后30 min内未见淋巴管及SLN显示,注射0.3 ml后SLN开始增强时间、达峰时间均较注射0.5 ml长,持续时间较短(P均<0.05)。结论 在猪胃黏膜下注射SonoVue 0.5 ml行CEUS对SLN有很好的显像效果。 |

| Objective To explore the value of CEUS in detection of sentinel lymph node (SLN) in the mucosal layers of porcine stomach. Methods Different doses (0.1 ml, 0.3 ml, 0.5 ml) of SonoVue were injected into the mucosal of the stomach at 8 cm above from the pylorus and 2 cm from the lesser curvature, and SLNs in the stomach were observed and then compared with results of the blue dye-guided method in the same place. Results CEUS detected 42 SLNs in 10 pigs. Compare with the blue method, the detection rate of CEUS for SLN was 93.33% (42/45). Thirty minutes after injection of 0.1 ml SonoVue, no SLN was observed. With injection of 0.3 ml SonoVue, the time of start and reach the peak were all longer than those of injection of 0.5 ml (both P<0.05), but the duration time was shorter (P<0.05). Conclusion CEUS with injection of 0.5 ml SonoVue into the mucosal layers of stomach has better effect for detection of SLN in pigs. |
