| 目的 采用双源CT评估先天性心脏病患者左心室容积在心动周期中随时间变化的特征。方法 采用64层双源CT扫描11例先天性心脏病患者和6名正常人的心脏,利用心电门控技术,以5%R-R间期为时间间隔重建21个时相图像。应用心功能评价软件手动勾画各层面的左心室轮廓,计算21个时相左心室容积,绘制左心室容积-时间曲线,比较先天性心脏病患者与正常人左心室容积-时间曲线差异。结果 正常人容积-时间曲线的形状及变化规律相似。先天性心脏病患者容积-时间曲线在0~40%时相期间变化规律与正常人类似,在40%~100%时相期间与正常人差异较大。结论 先天性心脏病患者左心室容积变化具有与正常人不同的特征,可为辅助诊断先天性心脏病提供帮助。 |

| Objective To explore the characteristic changes of left ventricular volume in the cardiac full-time phase in patients with congenital heart diseases using dual-source CT. Methods Eleven patients with congenital heart diseases and 6 normal controls underwent dual-source CT scanning. CT images were reconstructed into 21 phase images with 5%R-R period as time interval using retrospective electrocardiographically-gated method. The outline of left ventricular in each image was obtained manually using cardiac function evaluation software to calculate the left ventricular volume of 21 time phases. The left ventricular volume-time curves of congenital heart diseases patients and normal controls were drawn and compared. Results The shapes and variation laws of volume-time curves of normal controls were similar. By contrast, the curves of congenital heart diseases patients were similar to those of normal controls during 0 to 40% phases, but were different during 40% to 100% phases. Conclusion The characteristics of left ventricular volume-time curves of congenital heart diseases patients are different from those of normal persons, which may be helpful to diagnosis of congenital heart diseases. |
