股骨头坏死是股骨颈骨折最受关注的严重并发症之一,早期预测可能出现的股骨头坏死而提早干预、避免进一步发展出现严重临床症状非常重要。目前动态对比增强MR检查是用于早期监测创伤后股骨头血供情况及再灌注状态、评价创伤后股骨头骨质活性较为敏感的非侵袭性检查技术,可为临床治疗提供有价值的影像学信息;而常规MR成像是股骨颈内固定术后早期监测股骨头坏死的可靠检查技术。 |

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head is one of the most serious complications of neck fracture. It is very important to predict possible osteonecrosis and to intervene in time to avoid the further development of the serious clinical symptoms. Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI were introduced in the recent past as a non-invasive, sensitive technique to predict the vascularity and reperfusions of the femoral head and to evaluate viability of the femoral head after the femoral neck fractures, and may be used as a guideline for management for the fractures according these valuable imformation. Conventional MRI is a reliable tool for early diagnosis of ischemia in the femoral head after femoral neck fracture with fixation. |
