目的 分析磁敏感加权成像(SWI)不同参数组合对颈髓图像质量的影响。 方法 对10名成年健康志愿者行颈段脊髓不同FOV与不同矩阵组合的高分辨SWI序列轴位扫描,由2位观察者采用盲法对图像质量进行评分,测量不同参数组合下图像SNR,比较各组间的图像质量及SNR的差异。 结果 FOV/矩阵设置为180 mm×180 mm/320×320时图像质量评分最高(4.30±0.66),200 mm×200 mm/320×320时图像质量评分次之(4.25±0.64),二者与各组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),此两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。FOV/矩阵为200 mm×200 mm/320×320时图像SNR最高(31.23±6.97),与各组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。 结论 参数优化后SWI序列颈髓细节显示清晰,对于脊髓病变具有较高诊断价值。 |

Objective To investigate the effect of optimal susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) parameters on image quality of cervical spinal cord. Methods Ten adult healthy volunteers underwent cervical spinal cord MRI with axial high-resolution SWI with different FOV and matrix.The quality score and SNR of cervical spinal were assessed and calculated by 2 observers with blind method, and then were compared statistically among different FOV/matrix combination groups. Results The best image quality was acquired (4.30±0.66) when FOV/matrix was set at 180 mm×180 mm/320×320, and then turned to FOV/matrix at 200 mm×200 mm/320×320 (4.25±0.64, P>0.05). There were statistical differences of image quality among these two groups and the other groups (all P<0.05). When FOV/matrix was set at 200 mm×200 mm/320×320, SNR was higher than all the other groups (31.23±6.97, all P<0.05). Conclusion SWI with optimal parameters can clearly show the details of cervical spinal cord, indicating its potential clinical application value. |
