目的 探讨内囊不同区域的弥散各向异性的特点及其在脑老化过程中的变化规律。 方法 对98名来自社区的健康志愿者进行脑部DTI,在FA图上测量两侧内囊前肢、膝部和后肢FA值。将所有受检者按年龄分为青年组(20~39岁)、中年组(40~59岁)和老年组(≥60岁),比较3组内囊不同区域的FA值差异分析FA值与年龄之间的相关性。 结果 内囊前肢、膝部和后肢的FA值差异有统计学意义,内囊后肢FA值最高,其次为膝部和前肢。左侧内囊前肢FA值低于右侧,两侧膝部和后肢FA值差异无统计学意义。左侧内囊前肢不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义(F=3.639, P=0.030)。两侧内囊前肢、右侧内囊膝部的FA值与年龄增长呈负相关,而其他区域脑组织FA值与年龄增长无相关性。 结论 内囊不同区域FA值存在显著差异;在脑老化过程中,内囊前部FA值随年龄增长而下降。 |

Objective To evaluate the sub-region diffusion anisotropy in internal capsule (IC) and it's age-related changes during normal aging with DTI. Methods Cerebral diffusion tensor scanning was performed in 98 healthy volunteers with MR. Fractional anisotropy (FA) values of the anterior limb, genius and posterior limb of the bilateral IC were measured with ROI analysis on FA map. The subjects were divided into three age groups: Young group (20-39 years old), middle group (40-59 years old) and old group (≥60 years old). FA values were compared among 3 groups, and the age related changes were also observed. Results FA values had significant difference in both sides of IC anterior limb, IC posterior limb and IC genius. The posterior limb of IC had the highest FA values, and followed by genu and anterior limb. FA value of left IC anterior limb was lower than right IC anterior limb, and the FA values in the genu and posterior limb had no significant difference between the left and the right side. FA value had significant differences in the anterior limb of the left IC among 3 groups (F=3.639, P=0.030). FA values of bilateral IC anterior limb and the right IC genius had negative correlation with age, while FA values of other areas of brain tissue had no correlation with age. Conclusion Sub-regions of IC exists regional heterogeneity, and the anterior part of IC is sensitive to aging. |
