| 目的: 观察3.0T MRI对进展期胃癌术前T分期的准确率。方法: 对经胃镜病理证实的35例胃癌患者术前行3.0T MR平扫和动态增强扫描,并将MR T分期结果与病理T分期结果对照,行一致性检验。结果: 3.0T MRI评估进展期胃癌T分期的准确率分别为T2期91.43%(32/35)、T3期85.71%(30/35)、T4期94.28%(33/35),T分期总的准确率为85.71%(30/35)。结论: 3.0T MRI对进展期胃癌的分期及术前评估具有重要指导意义。 |

| Objective: To explore the accurateness of 3.0T MRI in preoperative T staging of advanced gastric cancer. Methods: Thirty-five patients with gastric cancer confirmed with gastroscopy underwent 3.0T MR plain and dynamic contrast enhanced scanning before operation. The T staging results of MRI were compared with those of pathological T staging with conformity test. Results: For advanced gastric carcinoma, the accuracy of MRI T staging for T2 was 91.43% (32/35), for T3 was 85.71% (30/35), for T4 was 94.28% (33/35), and the total accuracy was 85.71% (30/35). Conclusion: 3.0T MRI has great value in preoperative staging and evaluation of advanced gastric cancer. |
