      目的 测量正常成年人海马头、体、尾各部的MRT2值的正常值范围,为各种导致海马信号改变疾病的临床诊断和科学研究提供基础性数据。方法 收集18~80岁健康志愿者96名,按照年龄(18~30岁、31~40岁、41~50岁、51~60岁、61~70岁、71~80岁)进行分组,每组16名,男、女各8名。对所有受试均行FSET2序列扫描,手工勾画海马各部ROI,测量其T2值;分析海马各部T2值与年龄的相关性。结果 双侧海马头部、体部及尾部T2值在不同年龄段之间差异均无统计学意义,但51~80岁的受检者在绝对数值上稍大于18~50岁的受检者,特别是海马头部相对更加明显;同一年龄段内左、右侧海马各部间、同一年龄同一部分双侧海马间差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),不同性别间差异亦无统计学意义。年龄与双侧海马各部分信号存在一定的正相关性。结论 采用高场强MR获得正常成年人不同年龄段的海马各部T2值数据,可为进一步研究海马相关疾病提供基础性数据。

      Objective To measure the T2 values of hippocampal subfields in healthy adults, in order to establish database for researching on a variety of diseases associated with alteration of hippocampal T2 value. Methods Totally 96 healthy volunteers (aged 18 to 80 years old) were divided into 6 groups: Group A (18-30 years), B (31-40 years), C (41-50 years), D (51-60 years), E (61-70 years) and F (71-80 years). Each group contained 8 males and 8 females. All the volunteers underwent MR FSE T2 sequence scanning. The margin of hippocampal subfields was outlined manually for each side to measure T2 value. The relationship between hippocampal T2 value and age was analyzed. Results There was no statistical difference on T2 value of hippocampal subfields (head, body and tail) among different groups, but the numerical values of group D, E and F were bigger than that of group A, B and C. There was no statistical difference in both side of hippocampus of every subfield, neither among the same subfield of every side hippocampus in the same age ranges, nor between males and females (all P>0.05). There was positive relationship between hippocampal T2 value and aging. Conclusion With high-resolution MRI, T2 values of the hippocampal subfields with different ages can be accurately measured, therefore providing basic data for research of hippocampus-related diseases.
