      目的 分析超声评估女性盆底器官脱垂(POP)与盆腔器官脱垂定量评价系统(POP-Q)评价结果间的相关性,探讨超声定量评估女性POP的应用价值。方法 选取56例女性POP患者,其中46例为单腔脱垂,8例为2个腔室、2例为3个腔室的复合脱垂,共计33例存在前腔脱垂,23例有中腔脱垂,12例存在后腔脱垂。所有患者均接受经会阴二维超声检查和POP-Q评分,均由1名医师独立完成评价。对超声测量结果与POP-Q评分进行相关性分析。结果 超声评估中腔脱垂与POP-Q的相关性最好(r=0.86,P<0.01),其次是前腔(r=0.84,P<0.01),后腔较差(r=0.62,P<0.01)。结论 经会阴二维超声能够提供有价值的盆底解剖信息,是一种能够定量评估POP的影像学检查技术。

      Objective To explore the correlation between ultrasonographic and pelvic organ prolapse quantitation (POP-Q) system assessment of female pelvic floor prolapse, and to observe the value of two-dimensional ultrasound in quantitatively assessing female pelvic organ prolapse(POP). Methods Totally 56 female patients of POP were collected. Anterior compartment prolapse was detected in 33 patients, middle compartment prolapse and posterior compartment prolapse were found in 23 and 12 patients, respectively. Among 56 patients, single compartment prolapse was observed in 46 patients, while complex prolapse of 2 compartments and 3 compartments were detected in 8 and 2 patients, respectively. All patients underwent transperinal two-dimensional ultrasonography and POP-Q, respectively by 1 physician alone. And then the correlation between parameters of ultrasonography and POP-Q was evaluated. Results The correlation between ultrasonography and POP-Q assessment was the best for central compartment prolapse (r=0.86, P<0.01), followed by the anterior compartment prolapse (r=0.84, P<0.01), and then poorest the posterior compartment prolapse (r=0.62, P<0.01). Conclusion Transperinal two-dimensional ultrasonography can provide valuable information about female pelvic floor. It is an effective imaging method to quantitatively assess female pelvic organ prolapse.
