| 目的 探讨三维超声心动图(3DE)定量评价扩张型心肌病(DCM)左心室舒张功能的可行性。 方法 对30例DCM患者(DCM组)和30名正常人(对照组)进行超声心动图检测,测量左心室舒张末期容积(EDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(ESV)和每搏输出量(SV)及射血分数(EF),并计算左心室舒张期前1/3充盈分数(1/3FF);分析1/3FF与E/E'的相关性。 结果 DCM组EDV、ESV、SV及E/E'显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);DCM组EF及1/3FF显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);两组的1/3FF与E/E'均呈显著负相关(r=-0.81、-0.81,P均<0.05)。 结论 3DE 能定量评价DCM左心室舒张功能,可作为临床评价左心室舒张功能的一种新方法。 |

| Objective To evaluate the feasibility of three-dimensional echocardiography (3DE) for quantitative assessment of left ventricular diastolic function (LVDF) in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Methods Thirty patients with DCM (DCM group) and 30 normal subjects (control group) underwent echocardiography. The end-diastolic volume (EDV), end-systolic volume (ESV), stroke volume (SV) and ejection fraction (EF) were measured with 3DE, and the one-third diastolic filling fraction (1/3FF) was calculated. Correlation between 1/3FF and E/E' was analyzed. Results EDV, ESV, SV and E/E' in DCM group were higher than those in control group (all P<0.05), while EF and 1/3FF in DCM group were lower than those in control group (both P<0.05). There was significantly negative correlation between 1/3FF and E/E' in both groups (both r=-0.81, both P<0.05). Conclusion 3DE can quantitatively evaluate LVDF of DCM patients, and can be used as a new method for clinical evaluation of LVDF. |
