      目的 探讨MR DWI在Graves病病情评估中的价值。方法 对82例经临床确诊的活动期Graves病患者及15名健康受试者行DWI,b值取0和1000 s/mm2,分别测量甲状腺两侧叶中部水平的ADC值;比较不同病情活动期Graves病甲状腺实质的ADC值的差异;对ADC值与甲状腺功能指标(FT3、FT4、TSH和24 h摄碘率)进行相关性检验。结果 不同病情活动期Graves病的ADC值差异有统计学意义(F=16.57,P<0.01),两两比较差异亦有统计学意义(P均<0.05);Graves病甲状腺实质ADC值与血清FT3(r=0.40,P<0.01)、FT4(r=0.31,P<0.01)均呈正相关,与TSH及24 h吸碘率无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 DWI在Graves病病情评估中具有一定指导作用。

      Objective To investigate the value of MR diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in evaluating the severity of active Graves disease. Methods DWI with b value 0 and 1000 s/mm2 was performed in 82 patients with clinically diagnosed active Graves disease and 15 healthy volunteers. Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values of bilateral lobes at middle portions were measured. The differences were analyzed between different groups. Correlation analysis was performed among ADC values and thyroid functional laboratory test serum free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and 24 hours' thyroid radioiodide uptake (RAIU). Results There was statistical difference among different severities (F=16.57, P<0.01), multiple comparisons between any two groups also displayed statistical differences (all P<0.05). ADC values had positive correlation with serum FT3 (r=0.40, P<0.01), FT4 (r=0.31, P<0.01), but had no correlation with TSH and 24 hours' thyroid RAIU (P>0.05). Conclusion DWI is helpful to evaluating the severity of active Graves disease.
