| 急性心肌梗死(AMI)后,左心室重构影响患者预后及心血管事件的发生率。超声可早期检测和评价AMI患者左心室重构情况,对临床制定治疗方案、改善预后有重要意义。本文就超声新技术评价AMI后左心室重构的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Left ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) affects the prognosis of the patients and the incidence of cardiovascular events. In early stage, testing and evaluating left ventricular remodeling after AMI by ultrasound has important significance to make the plan of clinical treatment for relieving left ventricular remodeling and improving curative effect. The progress in research of evaluating left ventricular remodeling after AMI by ultrasound were reviewed in this article. |
