| 随着超声技术,尤其是三维超声技术的快速发展,经会阴超声已逐渐成为诊断女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的首选工具,并在很大程度上取代了直肠排粪造影和MRI。本文针对女性后盆腔功能障碍性疾病时后盆腔的解剖、形态学改变及二维、三维超声的诊断价值及应用进展进行综述。 |

| Along with fast development of the ultrasonic technology, especially the three-dimensional ultrasound technology, transprineal ultrasonography (TPUS) has gradually become the preferred diagnosis tool for female pelvic floor dysfunctional disease, and almost displaced evacuation proctography and MRI. The anatomic and morpholophic changes of female posterior compartment, clinical application and development of TPUS in the posterior compartment dysfunctional diseases were reviewed in this article. |
