| 目的 观察获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)累及心脏的超声心动图表现。 方法 对210例临床疑诊为AIDS累及心脏的患者进行心脏超声检查,并对其图像资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 210例患者中,心包积液125例(125/210,59.52%),扩张型心肌病47例(47/210,22.38%),老年性心瓣膜退行性病变7例(7/210,3.33%),不明原因心瓣膜关闭不全26例(26/210,12.38%),5例(5/210,2.38%)心脏结构正常;左心功能不全48例(48/210,22.85%),右心功能不全131例(131/210,62.38%)。 结论 AIDS可累及心脏;超声心动图检查对AIDS累及心脏的诊断与治疗有重要参考价值。 |

| Objective To observe the value of echocardiography in evaluation on patients with clinical suspicion of heart involvement by acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). Methods Echocardiographic images of 210 patients with clinical suspicion of heart involvement by AIDS were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 125 (125/210, 59.52%) patients with pericardial effusion, 47 (47/210, 22.38%) with dilated cardiomyopathy, 7 (7/210, 3.33%) with senile degenerative valvular heart diseases, 26 (26/210, 12.38%) with unexplained heart valve regurgitation, while 5 (5/210, 2.38%) with normal heart structure. And there were 48 patients (48/210, 22.85%) with left heart function dysfunction, 131 (131/210, 62.38%) with right heart function dysfunction. Conclusion AIDS can involve heart, causing heart disease. Echocardiography has an important role for the diagnosis and treatment of heart involvement by AIDS. |
