      目的 探讨超声鉴别诊断颈部结核性淋巴结与转移性淋巴结的价值。方法 回顾性分析45例结核性淋巴结和86例转移性淋巴结患者的超声声像图特点。结果 结核性淋巴结内部可呈现无回声及钙化;转移性淋巴结内部多呈低回声,可有微钙化,少有无回声;两组之间内部有无回声的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。转移性淋巴结内部多有血流信号,结核性淋巴结内部多无血流信号,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 内部回声及血流信号有助于鉴别颈部结核性淋巴结与转移性淋巴结。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in identifying tuberculous cervical lymphadenitis and metastatic cervical lymph nodes. Methods The characteristics of 45 patients with tuberculous cervical lymphadenitis and 86 patients with metastatic lymph nodes were analyzed retrospectively. Results Anecho and(or) calcification were present in hypoechoic background in tuberculous cervical lymphadenitis, while dominant hypoecho was found in metastatic lymph nodes with few anecho. Statistical different of anecho was found between the two groups (P<0.05). For most patients, the major vascular mode was no blood flow signal in tuberculous cervical lymphadenitis, while blood flow signal was found in metastatic lymph nodes (P<0.05). Conclusion Internal echo and blood flow signal can be used to differentiate tuberculous cervical lymphadenitis and metastatic cervical lymph nodes.
