| 目的 探讨纵隔内原发精原细胞瘤的CT表现。方法 回顾性分析经病理证实的7例纵隔内原发性精原细胞瘤的CT表现。结果 7例纵隔内精原细胞瘤均位于前中上纵隔,浸润生长,边界清楚,平扫密度不均匀,轻-中度强化,4例中央坏死灶无强化,4例伴有上腔静脉综合征,7例大血管周围脂肪间隙均消失,3例淋巴结转移,1例胸膜多发种植转移,2例伴胸腔积液。结论 原发性纵隔精原细胞瘤的CT表现有一定的特征性,但缺乏特异性,诊断需结合临床表现及实验室检查。 |

| Objective To explore the CT findings of the primary seminoma in mediastinum. Methods CT manifestations of 7 patients with primary seminomae in mediastinum confirmed with pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results All 7 seminomas located in the front middle-upper mediastinum, grew invasively, having clear boundaries. Plain CT scan showed nonuniform density inside the tumors, which enhanced lightly or medially. The part of central necrosis did not enhance in 4 tumors, and associated superior vena cava syndrome was found in 4 patients. The fat spaces around large vessels disappeared in all 7 patients, while lymph node metastasis occurred in 3 patients, multiple pleural metastasis in 1 patient, and pleural effusion in 2 patients. Conclusion CT findings of primary mediastinal seminoma have characteristics, but lack of specificity. Diagnosis depends on clinical and pathological manifestations. |
