| 目的 探讨静脉内平滑肌瘤病(IVL)的超声图像特点。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的6例IVL患者的超声图像及临床特征。结果 2例患有子宫多发肌瘤, 4例有子宫肌瘤切除病史。超声显示平滑肌瘤累及右侧(n=4)或双侧(n=2)髂内静脉、髂总静脉、下腔静脉直至右心。结论 超声可显示IVL累及外周血管及心脏的范围。 |

| Objective To investigate ultrasonic features of intravenous leiomyomatosis (IVL). Methods The ultrasonic and clinical characteristics of 6 patients with IVL proved by surgical pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 6 patients, there was 2 cases with multiple fibroids, 4 cases with fibroid resection history. The lesions extended from bilateral vein (n=2) or right internal iliac vein singlely (n=4) to common iliac vein, postcava and cor dextrum. Conclusion Ultrasonography can reflect the involvement of peripheral vascular and heart of IVL. |
