| Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is a sleep-related breathing disorder, highly affecting patients' health. There is causal relationship between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and coronary heart disease. Echocardiography is a key screening tool in the assessment of cardiac function, because of its noninvasive measurements, easy operation and high reproducibility. The progress of echocardiographic techniques for analyzing cardiac function resulting from OSAS were reviewed in this paper. |
