| 目的 探讨CT增强扫描对外伤性动脉损伤或破裂的价值。方法 回顾性分析经手术证实的6例外伤性动脉损伤或破裂患者的CT资料。结果 本组6例CT扫描均明确显示动脉损伤破裂的直接或间接征象。CT增强扫描能很好地显示动脉损伤或破裂,对比剂外溢为动脉破裂的直接征象。结论 CT增强扫描对外伤性动脉损伤或破裂有定位、定性诊断价值,可以作为疑有外伤性动脉损伤或破裂患者的首选检查。 |

| Objective To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced CT in detecting rupture or injury of arteries with traumatic injury. Methods Contrast-enhanced CT data of 6 patients with arterial injury resulting from trauma were retrospectively analyzed. Results CT clearly displayed direct or indirect signs of arterial rupture or injury in all 6 patients. Contrast-enhanced CT scans clearly demonstrated the location of arterial injury in trauma patients. Given the finding of contrast extravasation, arterial rupture or injury was confirmed. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced CT scans possesses characteristic diagnosis for traumatic arterial rupture or injury, therefore can serve as the first choice imaging examination for suspicious patients. |
