| 目的 探讨腮腺嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿的临床和CT表现。方法 收集经手术、病理证实的10例腮腺嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿患者的临床及影像学资料,回顾性分析其临床、CT表现。结果 本病从青年到中老年均可发病,男性多见,病史大多较长,临床表现为腮腺腺体及其周围软组织的无痛性肿块,外周血嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值和嗜酸性粒细胞比值均明显升高。CT表现分为3种类型:多发结节及团块型、多发结节型和弥漫型,大多伴有同侧病变区周围和颈部淋巴结增多、增大。结论 腮腺嗜酸性淋巴肉芽肿的影像学表现具有一定特点,结合临床表现和实验室检查可以提高诊断准确率。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and CT features of parotid eosino-philic lymphogranuloma. Methods Ten patients with parotid eosino-philic lymphogranuloma were confirmed by operation and pathology. The patients' data about clinical presentation and CT images were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results The disease involved from young to old, men were with higher incidence and the course was long. The most common clinical manifestations were painless mass in the parotid gland and soft tissue around. Absolute value and the ratio of peripheral eosinophils were both significantly increased. There were three kinds of CT performances, i.e. multiple nodules and masses, multiple nodules, as well as diffuse lesions with lesions around and on the same side of neck, while lymph nodes increased and enlarged in most cases. Conclusion CT appearances of parotid eosino-philic lymphogranuloma have some characteristic features. Combining with the clinical manifestations and laboratory examinations may be helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy. |
