| Pulmonary ventilation/perfusion (V/Q) scintigraphy is always the first-line imaging in diagnosis and treatment of acute pulmonary embolism (PE). With development of a variety of imaging techniques, radionuclide lung imaging has great progress from imaging methods to radionuclide drugs. The applications and progresses of lung V/Q scintigraphy for acute PE were reviewed in this article. |
