| Depth of interaction (DOI) is one of the most important factors which seriously deteriorate the image quality of PET. Methods of several DOI correction, including hardware correction and software correction strategies were described, and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, as well as the future development of DOI-PET were also reviewed in this article. |
