目的 利用AMARES和QUEST两种不同算法对大脑31P MRS进行绝对定量并比较。 方法 与传统的基于奇异值(SVD)分析方法相比,AMARES利用先验知识在时域内对原始数据进行非线性最小二乘拟合,使波谱参数的估计更加准确。QUEST是一种基于代谢物基础集的时域半参数化模型函数分析方法,采用模型函数逼近基线,极大地提高了该算法的可靠性。本研究采用水模溶液作为外部校正参考进行绝对定量, 比相对定量更能提供有价值的生物医学信息。 结果 通过对正常人大脑磷谱的定量结果表明,两种方法均能够得到满意的结果,AMARES比QUEST更接近文献值。 结论 AMARES能够准确有效地定量MRS。 |

Objective To absolutely quantify the brain 31P MR spectroscopy by AMARES and QUEST methods, and made a comparison of these two methods. Methods Compared to traditional analysis method based on SVD, AMARES method employed prior knowledge to fit the time-domain raw data by nonlinear least squares, resulted in more accurate estimation. QUEST, based on basis-set of metabolites, was a time-domain quantitation algorithm with a semi-parametric model function, in addition to modelling the baseline, consequently increasing its reliability. With the external reference standard, absolute quantification could provide more valuable biomedical information than relative quantification. Results Through the study of absolute quantification of normal brain phosphorus spectrum, both methods gave good results, but the result of AMARES was a little more close to the literature. Conclusion AMARES can accurately and efficiently quantify 31P MRS. |
